Manufacturer of high-quality polyethylene foils - also for critical applications

At the company headquarters in Gaildorf (Baden-Wuerttemberg, Germany) the packing specialist produces high-quality foils made of polyethylene (PE). In the extruding develop from high-quality raw materials in the continuous shift operation:

Hose foils

Half hose foils

Flat foils

Automat shrink wrappings

Automat packing foils

According to the customer's requests the extruded foils (transparency, transluzent or dyed) in the work are continued to improve. Several ultramodern raster flexographic printing machines makespossible print formats with up to eight colors. Last member in the improving chain is the assembly, in which from PE foil the following products are manufactured:

- Small bags (standard bag, flap bag, cord course bag, hanging up bag among other things)

- Big sized bags (flat bags, side fold bags, garbage bags among other things)

- Embossing foils (table cover foil, patient bed documents, Deko material)

- Carrying bags (with hole seized , with strengthened hole seized or PE handle)

- Large packing

- Special preparations, cuts

thermo-pack is in a the position with an internal recycling plant to lead back production-conditioned wastes sort clean into the production process. Rain advice, which develops thereby, is led back completely into new prod-ucts.
